Where is my parcel?
Shipping typically takes 2 weeks depending upon where you are in the world. However, due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic some international orders can be delayed.

How much does shipping cost, and do you deliver to my address?
We offer free shipping for all international orders (over $50) 🎈 and we've expanded our shipping locations and deliver almost everywhere in the world! 🌎
How do I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this with a tracking link included. Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you so please be patient.
If you can't locate your email with your order confirmation, please check your 'Junk' folder.

When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will start processing as soon as you purchase your item and is usually dispatched within two working days, but in rare circumstances it may take up to five working days before it is dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email confirming this with your tracking number attached.
How do I find my order confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation of your order via the email which you entered during checkout. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 working days before your payment clears and your order is confirmed.

How do I return my order?
